Our Team
Cameron Fleck
President,
Cameron Fleck is the President and CEO of NewVision Security, where he makes high-level strategic decisions, shapes the company’s vision, and oversees executive management. Cameron’s journey in the security industry began early, installing security cameras at a local casino when he was just 15 years old. This initial experience sparked his passion for electronics and telecommunications.
Cameron earned an AAS degree in Electronics/Telecommunication, providing the technical foundation essential for his career in security and fire solutions. Throughout his professional tenure, he has been instrumental in overseeing the acquisition of more than five security and fire companies in the region, significantly contributing to NewVision’s growth and establishing it as the leading security company in the Dakota region.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Cameron actively participates in industry leadership roles. He serves on a national advisory board for the Electronic Security Association, where he helps shape industry standards and practices. Locally, he engages with the chamber of commerce and various regional boards, demonstrating his commitment to community involvement and regional development.
Outside of work, Cameron prioritizes family life; he is married and has two children. His personal interests include outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing, reflecting his appreciation for the Dakotas. Under Cameron Fleck’s leadership, NewVision Security continues to thrive, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, technical expertise, and dedication to both professional excellence and community enrichment.
Chris Utter
Chief Strategy Officer
Chris Utter, the Chief Strategy Officer at NewVision Security, brings over 30 years of industry experience, a wealth of contacts, and extensive knowledge to the company. In his role, Chris focuses on future growth, innovation, and strategic planning.
Chris began his career in sales, which led to sales management and eventually company ownership. Throughout his career, he has founded and sold several security companies. Under his leadership, his companies won numerous national awards, including Interlogix’s “Dealer of the Year.” They were listed in Security Dealer Magazine’s “Top 100” annual listing as #59 in the country and Security Dealer & Integrator magazine’s “Fast 50” list as the #41 fastest-growing dealer in the nation. His companies also received numerous “Dealer of the Year” awards in the state of Wisconsin.
Over the years, Chris has actively served in numerous board positions with the Wisconsin Electronic Security Association, including his role as “Past President.” He has been recognized personally as one of only four recipients to receive the prestigious “Bob Shirley-Lifetime Achievement Award,” the highest award presented by the Wisconsin Electronic Security Association.
Chris is married with three children and enjoys the outdoors.
Gabe Goetz
Operations Manager
Gabe Goetz, the Operations Manager at NewVision Security, brings a wealth of technical expertise to his role, backed by a foundation in electronics and telecommunications from Bismarck State College. With a passion for efficiency, process optimization, and new technology, Gabe is dedicated to ensuring smooth operations and enhancing productivity across all facets of the organization.
Over the years, Gabe has honed his skills within the low voltage and life safety industry, specifically in Fire Alarm, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and Camera Systems. In his current role, he oversees the installation and service department, striving to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence daily. He is committed to fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives and challenges are met with strategic solutions.
Outside of work, Gabe enjoys spending time with his family. He has an amazing wife and two young children who keep him busy. Gabe also enjoys hunting, fishing, and boating.
Pam Meuchel
Financial Supervisor
Pam Meuchel is the Financial Supervisor at New Vision. With a proven work ethic and energetic personality, she has quickly moved through the ranks within the company. Pam brings a long-standing background specializing in payroll processing and a keen interest in customer and financial services.
In her current role, Pam oversees customer invoicing, accounts receivable, payroll, and collections for New Vision. She also handles general office administration and customer service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
A native North Dakotan, Pam is married with two children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going for summertime walks, and camping with her family.
Brock Emter
Service Supervisor
Brock Emter serves as the Service Supervisor at NewVision Security, where he manages all incoming service requests and devises innovative solutions for the complex technical challenges that customers may face.
Born and raised in Mandan, North Dakota, he developed a knack for mechanical work early on. Brock spent countless hours with his father, fixing and modifying anything and everything that moved under its own power. This hands-on upbringing fueled his passion for mechanics and technology, culminating in building his first computer at the tender age of 13.
After graduating from high school, Brock pursued a career in welding, earning an Associates degree of Science in Welding Technology from BSC in 2013. However, in 2014, his career path shifted his trajectory towards the Low Voltage and Security industry. Since then, he has specialized in programming, installing, and maintaining high-level Video Surveillance and Intrusion Systems across North Dakota.
Joining NewVision Security in 2022 as a Service Technician, Brock quickly rose to the role of Service Supervisor. He finds deep satisfaction in contributing to the company’s growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Outside of work, Brock treasures spending quality time with his loved ones. As a dedicated husband and soon-to-be father, he enjoys outdoor pursuits like fishing and hunting, as well as pursuing creative hobbies such as airbrushing, welding, and woodworking.
Looking ahead, Brock is eager to continue advancing his career in the security industry, driven by his passion for technology and a steadfast commitment to excellence in all aspects of his professional and personal life.
